Dear Sir, Reference to the subject please have a look over my application briefly outlining my education, professional experience and expertise Am a well qualified graduate Architect having not only hands-on experience in my own field but well versed in engineering fields like civil works and MEP etc, and have successfully completed and handed over a FOUR STAR hotel project at F-8 Markaz, Islamabad covering the following.n Working drawings/details and interior decoration designsn Coordination with MEP design/drawingsn Quality supervision, Architectural specifications and BOQsn Site supervision to control architectural finishes, Review and approval of shop drawings, Coordination/technical meetings with consultants, head office, contractors and clients. Verification/approval of contractors billsn Preparation of regular progress reports. Supervision and guidance to staff membersn Quality control and looking after all the relevant issuesn Procurement and financial administration of projects/construction materials. Mainly involved in management of construction and engineering supervision contracts of different Projects, Alongside, my responsibilities include monitoring the consultancy supervision contracts of the Engineers involved in supervising the technical and contractual details of the construction packages / projects varying from Infrastructure to building construction works. I have been assigned with key responsibilities for monitoring and managing the execution of works in context with the design requirements of various infrastructural and building construction jobs, effective implementation of MEC protocols, and to ensure that the Engineer is proficient enough to perform their job per Professional Services .nnIn addition, I have also been proactively engage in preparing the pre-qualification procedures for consultants and contractors, comprehensive reporting protocols as per M/s Meinhardt Group, standards of issuing cumulative CVI projects progress and monthly management reports, review and preparation of technical and commercial evaluations, recommendations for award of various infrastructure and building contracts, preparing necessary documentations and approvals to transfer completed units to Property Handover and Facilitation Department, processing as-built drawings.nApart from the above I have worked over number of projects varied in nature and locations. I have not been at almost all the major cities and rural project areas of Pakistan but have served at Saudi Arabia too as a Senior Architect (1981-84).Now presently serving in M/S MEINHARDT GROUP PAKISTAN pvt. Ltd.) as project-manager (construction) /project-Architect, "Meinhardt" well-known multinational organization, here doing a challenging work like monitoring of all architectural/ interior-finishing/ structural as well as all MEP matters etc.
